If you receive a defective product or part, we will promptly ship a replacement once the defect is confirmed. To facilitate this process, please clearly illustrate the defect according to our guidelines, ensuring we can accurately identify and replace the item.

When receiving your Tumbler.sg bottle, it is important to carefully inspect the product for any defects or damages. While we strive to provide high quality and durable products, there may be instances where the product may arrive with significant cracks, scratches, or dents. If you notice any of these issues on arrival, please reach out to our customer service team immediately.

  • Significant cracks, scratches, or dents on arrival (Bottle, Cap, Lid, Straw)
  • Caps that do not seal securely
  • Stains or scuffs that cannot be washed away
  • Missing components (Silicone rubber, straw)
  • Noticeable cosmetic flaws (Uneven printing, logo, paint)

In addition, it is crucial to check that all components of the bottle are present upon delivery. This includes the bottle itself, cap, lid, and straw (if applicable). If any of these items are missing, please contact us at support@tumbler.sg within 5 days so we can send you a replacement.

  • Improper care and maintenance – Not following our recommended cleaning instructions
  • Minor image differences from images posted on our store due to differences in screen resolutions
  • Improper use or accidents
  • Damage from chemical exposure

  • Use warm water and mild soap; no abrasive cleaners to maintain the bottle’s finish.
  • Ensure complete dryness before storage to prevent mold and odor.
  • Do not soak in hot water to avoid compromising the insulation.
  • Do not freeze or microwave as extreme temperatures can damage the bottle’s structure.
  • Keep away from stoves to prevent heat damage.
  • No bleach or chlorine as they can corrode the bottle’s materials.

Limitation and Transferability of Warranty

The warranty is for the original purchase and can’t be transferred. If you try to transfer it or make unregistered claims, the warranty will be terminated.
